A safe space to honor, explore, and confront grief through creativity and the physical release of emotions. This is a private event for grieving participants with limited tickets sold.

Participants can expect to:

Write letters, intended to be shredded, and placed in glass jars that we will decorate, bind, and then destroy in the rage room. Rage to release the negative energy and feelings built up from grief.

No longer will we hide alone in our pain. Let us bring awareness to our grief and heal together.
