Basics of Sewing - March 7

Get comfortable with your sewing machine and learn the basics of sewing in this workshop. Students will get to make a pillow case and drawstring pouch with the skills learned in class, and leave with their own creations. Machines are available for an additional fee, but we encourage you to bring your own, as each machine is a little different to learn.

This workshop combines our basics of sewing I & II objectives and is suitable for first-time sewers or those who need a refresh. Students will have a variety of projects to choose from to help them get comfortable with a sewing machine.
